Thank you for purchasing our digital products at MonkeyCreative.

1. Digital Products Policy

All sales of digital products (Source Codes, Assets, Graphics) are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital goods, once the files have been downloaded or sent to you, they cannot be "returned." By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a non-tangible, irrevocable digital good.

2. Why No Refunds?

Unlike physical goods, digital source code can be easily copied and stored. Protecting our intellectual property allows us to keep prices affordable and continue providing high-quality updates.

3. Exceptions (We are fair)

We may consider a refund ONLY under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same product.
• File Corruption: If the zip file is corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement file within 48 hours.

4. Technical Support Guarantee

We do not leave you alone. If you encounter bugs or setup issues, our Standard License includes full support. We will help you via AnyDesk or Email to ensure the game compiles and runs on your machine.

Inability to set up the environment (Android Studio) on your end does not qualify for a refund, but we will guide you through it.
