1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and downloading our source codes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. License Types
We offer two types of licenses:
- Standard License ($99): Grants you the right to reskin, modify, and publish the game on the Google Play Store or App Store. You may use this code for ONE end product (one app). You cannot resell, redistribute, or share the source code itself.
- Exclusive Buyout ($990): Grants you full IP rights. We agree to remove the product from our store and stop selling it to new customers. You become the sole owner of the rights moving forward.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless you purchase the Exclusive License, MonkeyCreative retains ownership of the underlying code structure. You own your modified version (the "Reskin") and the revenues generated from it.
4. Limitations
You may not:
- Resell the source code "as is" on marketplaces (like CodeCanyon, Flippa, etc.).
- Claim the original source code authorship as your own without modification.
- Share the download link publicly.
5. Liability
The software is provided "as is". MonkeyCreative is not liable for any damages, loss of data, or rejected apps by Google/Apple (policy changes) arising from the use of our code.
